Building ventures from ideas Real support for real founders
We work with early-stage founders who have an idea and need help turning it into something real. Not just advice. Actual building — product development, market validation, operational setup. You bring the vision, we bring the execution framework.

How we actually build ventures
Three phases that take founders from concept to early traction. Each phase builds on what you learn before. Nothing theoretical — just practical work with experienced builders who've done this multiple times.
Foundation Work
Start with customer discovery and problem validation. Talk to potential users, understand their needs, and figure out if your idea solves a problem people will pay for. Most founders skip this step and regret it later.
MVP Development
Build the smallest version that demonstrates your core value. Not a perfect product — just something you can put in front of users and learn from. We help with technical architecture, design decisions, and resource allocation.
Early Traction
Launch to initial users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. Set up basic analytics, establish key metrics, and figure out what channels work for customer acquisition. Data-informed decisions replace assumptions.
What you'll actually do in the program
Idea Validation Sprint
Four weeks of customer interviews and market research. You'll talk to at least 30 potential users, identify patterns, and refine your problem statement. Results in a clear picture of who you're building for and why they care.
Product Development Phase
Eight weeks building your MVP with technical support. Weekly check-ins help you stay focused on core features and avoid scope creep. You'll make constant tradeoffs between speed and quality — we help you navigate those decisions.
Launch and Iteration
Six weeks of getting your product in front of real users. Set up feedback loops, track usage metrics, and prioritize improvements based on actual user behavior. Learn what works through experimentation, not guesswork.
Scaling Readiness
Establish operational foundations that support growth. Document processes, set up basic systems, and build a sustainable approach to customer acquisition. You'll know exactly what needs improvement as you scale.
Resources that support your journey
Beyond structured sessions, you get access to tools and frameworks we've built over years of venture work. Use what's helpful, ignore what's not. Everything here exists to save you time and help you avoid common mistakes.
Product Development Templates
Feature prioritization frameworks, user story templates, and technical specification guides. Practical documents you can adapt to your specific context rather than starting from scratch every time.
Customer Discovery Toolkit
Interview scripts, analysis frameworks, and synthesis templates. Structured approaches to talking with potential users and extracting meaningful insights from those conversations.
Metrics and Analytics Setup
Dashboards and tracking systems for early-stage ventures. Focus on metrics that actually matter at your stage rather than vanity numbers that look good but mean nothing.
Operational Playbooks
Process documentation for common startup functions. From hiring your first team member to setting up basic financial tracking. Practical guides written by people who've made these mistakes so you don't have to.
Learn from builders, not just advisors
I've built three ventures from scratch and consulted on dozens more. The pattern I see repeatedly: founders need help with execution, not inspiration. That's what we focus on here — practical skills and real support when you're making tough decisions.
